Robert Maes

The program Troubleshooting Extrudering can be given in-company to the integral production process team. We draw up a so-called “troubleshoot guide” in which all knowledge about common problems and their solutions is recorded. A valuable document for the future.

The Maes Insight trainers have successfully trained injection molders for many years. Our teachers know the workplace of the plastics industry. They treat the subject matter briefly and concisely, interactively based on the practical situation of the participants.

Duration 45 hours – Skill Level Experienced

Afterwards, the student knows:

  • analyze the production process
  • analyze errors, identify and resolve causes
  • optimize the machine settings
  • solve specific problems in the manufacture of complex products
