To ensure a constant quality of product and process, it is necessary to construct the injection molding process in a structured way. After this course, the students can independently adjust the injection molding process from A to Z.​

Cursus inhoud

  • inzicht in het spuitgietproces
  • het spuitgietproces van A tot Z inregelen
  • de instelling van de parameters en de invloed hiervan op het proces
  • het herkennen en oplossen van veel voorkomende problemen

Bestemd voor

  • spuitgietoperators
  • machinestellers
  • monteurs
  • onderhoudspersoneel
  • iedereen die praktisch inzicht wil krijgen in het spuitgietproces zoals matrijzenmakers

Na afloop van de cursus kent de cursist

  • diepgaand inzicht in het spuitgietproces
  • kennis van de verschillende onderdelen van spuitgietmachine
  • de vaardigheid om een spuitgietmachine in te stellen

Werk- en denkniveau

  • voldoende kennis van de Nederlandse taal
  • kennis van de leerstof van de cursus Spuitgieten 1

De cursus kan in overleg met het bedrijf voor elk niveau worden aangepast.

Duur

Wordt afgestemd aan de leerbehoefte van de cursisten van het bedrijf.
